I think I do this a lot.
Post something I’m going to do to get healthy and fit.
Then. Life happens.
It’s hard guys! And I don’t even have kids yet. I don’t know how moms are able to do it, but I know that if I want to be a fit and healthy mom then I’ve got to start now, well before we even think about having kids.
Its time to stop making excuses.
Its time for me to reach those goals by Graduation.
And then reach those higher goals by the Family Reunion.
I have a plan. I know I can get there. So. I’m gonna do it.
Summers a comin’ ladies. Are you ready for swimsuit season?!

If you start today, you’re one day closer to reaching your goal then you are tomorrow.
This is my 40 day plan. I have to get 5 things done every single day in order to reach the goal I set for myself. And on each day there is a motivational quote as well. I’m going to print these out, cut them, and put a binder ring on them and it will go with me every day. So every day, I need to check off these 5 little boxes.
My five are:
- ____ miles today
- I didn’t cheat today
- 2 fruits + 3 veggies today
- 64 oz of water today
- 60sec plank today
I know personally that if I can do those 5 things every day that I can reach my goals.
