Thanks for stopping by! I want this blog to be a place where you go with your drink of choice, read a story, learn a new recipe, and generally feel like you’ve stepped into my home. My goal is that you feel welcome, as any of my friends and family would in my home.

Here you’ll see me retell stories of past traveling adventures, and I’ll tell you why…

Bree Pair, Lifestyle and Travel Blogger

In July 2017 my husband and I sold our home in Houston, Texas and almost everything we owned and hit the road for a year-long adventure in our travel trailer. It was the most amazing experience of my life, and I often can’t believe it’s real. I love sharing stories of all the places we visited because I am re-living them by telling them to you. You can see blog posts about our travels here.

You’ll also find recipes here because I am so relaxed and my anxiety disappears when I am creating something in the kitchen. I am currently working through Joanna Gaines “Magnolia Table” cookbook with my friend, so you’ll see that pop up on the blog and on the ‘gram. Pies are one of my favorite things to make, and I am determined to have a go-to biscuit recipe within the year. I may not have been born in the south, but I am definitely southern at heart.

I began blogging in 2010 as a way to keep up with friends and family. That quickly turned into a creative outlet for me, while I was going to college for Graphic Design, and I met some wonderful bloggers and found my tribe. Fast forward a few more years and my company, Thrive, was born. An in-person conference, online resource, and now podcast for bloggers and social media influencers. Yes, I loved blogging so much that I now own a company, that’s 5 years old, that educates bloggers so that they can build their empires.

Thrive took a lot of my free time, and my blog disappeared. All the energy I had I threw into Thrive and helping other bloggers find success. This was amazing and fills my soul with happiness, but I have always felt a little sad that I didn’t have a space that was only for me. So here we are. 2019, 5 years later and the company is still growing, but I’m dedicating time to create a little space on the internet that is solely for sharing my stories, my home, recipes, travels, and designs.
