Full California Recap!

I have a gazillion pictures from my CA trip, so I’m trying to sort through them all and not overload you with wayyy to many!

Day 2: Friday

Today we slept in and relaxed. After the crappy plane ride yesterday we were still trying to get our bearings. We spent the day lounging around the pool, then that evening headed into Disneyland to line up to watch my little cousin in the “Dance the Magic” Disneyland parade! She is in the second photo (petite brunette in the background).

Day 3: Saturday

Today we spent the entire day in California Adventure Park. The Mickey Mouse Ferris Wheel … I’m in love with it. Its so cute and perfect for photos! We stopped in front of it to watch a water show and I was able to zoom in with my lens and catch Goofy “directing” the show across the other side of the pond.

We rode some character rides, took pictures in Cars land, watched the Pixar Parade! Then we took a lunch break, and headed to the “theater” to watch Aladdin – the play! It was soo awesome. Highlight of the day for sure.

After that we did a couple indoor activities, some shopping, a couple rides, then headed back to the hotel to relax for a little bit. Then that night we headed back into the park to watch World of Color- a water show at 8. Then… more rides. lol! We wore ourselves out!

Day 4: Sunday

Today was the last day to spend in the park. We took off from downtown Disney and caught the rail into “Tomorrowland.” We jumped on the first character ride we came to, Alice and Wonderland. After waiting in line for 20min or so, we were ready to get on. Finally we get on and are going through the ride, get to the door to go outside and…. IT STOPPED!! I think we were stuck for like 5-10 min. The maintenance man came and kept us company until they could let us off. He took the picture of us all in the ride, unfortunately it didn’t focus. lol!

We rode allllll of the character rides. Peter Pan, Snow White, Pinocchio, Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion… and more that I can’t remember. It was a lot of fun!

Then that night we headed back to the hotel to jump in the hot tub for a few minutes before running back into the park. I headed into downtown Disney while the others headed back into the park. I was headed to meet a blogger bff- Bri! Yep, Bree and Bri. We even say our full names the same way. Its awesome. We talked until almost 1 in the morning, and it was like we had known each other for years and years. Miss you Bri! Can’t wait until we meet again. :)

And that was the trip! The next day we woke up late, packed up, and killed some time at lunch and at a local mall. We walked around the mall looking like zombies and walking like old grannies. We were sooooo tired, and couldn’t wait to get back home!

Who  knows where our next sister trip will be, but I have a feeling that it will be a road trip! These girls are tired of planes for quite a while. :)

Happy Tuesday!

Hi! I'm Bree

In my day-job, I teach amazing individuals how to make money with their blog and social media! I started blogging back in 2010 as a hobby, and it turned into my dream job—helping women make their own money on their own terms. Blogging became a job that I love—now, I’m back to use this online journal as a fun place to document my life so I can look back 20 years from now and remember all the magical things.
