This Pinteresting Wedneseday I am focusing on health, fitness, and things that motivate me!
Right now I am VERY focused, and I L-O-V-E feeling like this! I have lost a total of 9lbs since the beginning of the year, and I am feeling the changes in my body. Also, I just started a 90 day challenge with a group of about 20 girls, all motivating each other to reach their goals within 90 days! Its an awesome feeling and I am excited to see where I will be at, at the end of July!
What motivates you? These things motivate me!
Things to remember as you work towards your goals:
Can’t make it to the gym? NO EXCUSES! Here are some workouts you can try at home:
You can do it! I believe in you. All it takes is YOU making up your mind. No one can do that for you. Your friends and family can try to motivate you, help you eat right, get you to go to the gym with them… But until you make your mind up to make your body healthy and fit, you wont be able to stick to it. And even if you’re thin already and your goal isn’t to loose weight, you still need to eat healthy, and exercise to keep your body healthy!
