Ya know… That Nike saying “Just Do It” is both true, and FREAKING HARD!
Like, I knowwww I’m not the only one that wants to loose an extra 10 pounds and yet those 10 pounds are THE. HARDEST. to loose! Right? Someone back me up here.
So, because I’ve been struggling with this sooo much, I decided to share it with all of you and start doing Fitspiration Fridays again!! Because, I don’t know about you, but I sure need some fitspiration!!
So lets see… 10 lbs to go.. 10 – 9 – 8 – 7 – 6 – 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1 …. Lets hope next Friday it will be less than 10! :))
Motivation #1:
So this girl up there ^^^ Is serious motivation!! I know, I know, I don’t need to loose 100+ pounds like Olivia did, but she is awesome! I follow her on instagram (her id is theobird). The woman is awesome, working out all the time still, doing crossfit, strong and healthy! And that is what I love. I love following people on instagram that inspire me, it helps me stay focused and reminds me- hey- you can do this!
Motivation #2
That man right there. ^^^ Not only is he the best workout buddy in the world, but He makes me want to challenge myself, work harder, and look the best I can for him. :)) Yeah… I’m a little twitterpated with him. <33
But really, you need a workout partner!! Someone to keep you motivated, consistent, and honest. Even if you can’t workout with them often or at all, having someone you can check in with and share your goals for that week (or month) and celebrate with them when you finish!
If you need someone like this, I know I may not live near you and can’t workout with you, but I would love to encourage you! So seriously, send me an email if you’re interested in an “online” workout buddy! I’d love to start helping people more and more with their health and fitness goals. I’d be like a personal trainer, only online, and free! :))

Motivation #3
July 27th, 2012!!! Are you ready?? These people are so motivating and inspiring to me!! If I could ever be 1/2 the athlete they are, wow, I’d be freakin’ awesome! :)) lol.
So I know we all have “one day” goals, but how about setting some goals to reach by July 27th? Will you do that with me?
Here are mine, to be reached by July 27th, 2012:
- Workout 5x a week, each week.
- Loose 4 lbs
- Juice 5x a week
- Run 20 miles. (for me… this is a lot, I really hate running, lol)
So send me an email! I’d love to help you out, and work towards your goals!

Yes, I am so excited for the Olympics to start. I also have been working towards a goal since last week, lose 4lbs by the start of Olympics. You go girl!
I’m right there with you! I’m lucky to be able to stay thin due to high metabolism, but I’ve let exercise slide a bit lately so I’m not as toned as I used to be and don’t have the cardio stamina that I used to have. This past week and a half I’ve started working out again, but some days (like today) I have so little motivation. However, reading your post just now was a reminder to get my butt in gear for the day. ;)

Just stumbled across your blog from the H-Town FB profile…. and I am SOOOOO glad that I did… Because I totally needed to see this today! I need motivation, motivation, MOTIVATION!!!!!!!! I wish I could work out more with my hubby, but he works until 9pm every day and is super tired when he gets home. And since I have no motivation to get my butt up and do it on my own, I would love to follow along your blog and maybe we can encourage each other!!!
I love this idea! and I love biggest loser. That show really gets me in the mood to workout. Good luck with your goals :)

AMEN!! The oh so infamous 10 pounds that will always be stuck with for all of life. BUT it’s the same 10 pounds that keep us motivated to get stronger and fitter! I think you look just fab though ;)
