Girl, stop apologizing, right?

So, I’m not going to apologize that these new backgrounds for your desktop and phone are late. Even though I reallllly want to. I know that if I had rushed to get this done before March I wouldn’t have had the creativity to make this new desktop background that I am in love with. Geometric shapes, trendy coral colors, and a subtle nod to St. Patrick’s Day with the deep green. Every desktop wallpaper that I make will always have a version without a calendar because I want you to be able to use them any year! That was always something that frustrated me when I’d search for a new desktop wallpaper on Pinterest.

Life Lately:

  • Thrive was amazing. March 1-3rd was the 5th annual Thrive conference, and it was the smoothest year to date. No major problems, it feels sort of like a dream. I can’t believe it’s over, and I can’t believe how easy it went this year. Keep in mind, “easy” is all relative compared to the scale of the conference that spans 3 days.
  • I took last week off from life. A whole lot of binging on Grace and Frankie, having a cocktail each day, and just getting my house organized so that I would be super productive this week. Drink of choice this past week: Margarita made with Tres Agaves margarita mix and Sauza tequila.
  • Wanderlust, oh man, I’ve got it bad. I am so ready to jump back into our little trailer and take off. My computer has cookies embedded in it from Royal Carribean because I keep looking at their site and so now it’s torturing me even more with ads popping up all over the place. What I would do for a bikini, cocktail, and a pool… It’s also not helping that so many bloggers just went on a Disney cruise and have been torturing me with their amazing experiences. Anyone else follow someone that went on that cruise last week?
  • My morning routine is something I am changing up this week. If you follow me on Instagram you may have seen me talk about that in my stories. Mornings are a favorite part of my day but I do not always optimize my time. So, this week, we’re starting fresh. Before 9 am my goal is to have the following complete: Dressed, hair & makeup done, bed made, living room straightened, dishes cleaned if there’s any from the day before, breakfast, and devotional. Any time to spare I can sit and scroll on social, or catch a quick episode of Grace & Frankie (love this show right now y’all!). Then, right at 9am work starts.

I hope you love these new backgrounds as much as I do! If you do, would you mind saving it to Pinterest or sharing on Facebook? That way your friends can find them and enjoy as well. Also, taking requests for April! Any colors, patterns, or themes you’d like to see?

Hi! I'm Bree

In my day-job, I teach amazing individuals how to make money with their blog and social media! I started blogging back in 2010 as a hobby, and it turned into my dream job—helping women make their own money on their own terms. Blogging became a job that I love—now, I’m back to use this online journal as a fun place to document my life so I can look back 20 years from now and remember all the magical things.

I use baking as a way
to de-stress...

And I love to play hostess and make my guests fabulous cocktails...
