My weekend

I just love my blogger gals! We got to meet up again this past Saturday! Brunch at Hearsay Gastro Lounge in Downtown. It was such a beautiful building with fabulous food! Oh and the company was pretty great too. #houstonbloggersrock

Does that not look so delicious? Grilled chicken, warm goat cheese, apples, yum! I barely used the dressing because the chicken and goat cheese were that good!

I got to carpool with one of my blogger besties too! Jenn!

You’ll be seeing one of my blog designs up on her blog later this week too! I can’t wait to have it all set up for her!

Then when I got home there was a little puppy that ran up to me!!

No for real. I was trying to get in the door when I heard something running up behind me on the grass. Scared the crap out of me! I though, why the heck is this squirrel trying to attack me?!? And then OMG IT’S A BABY PUPPY!

Isn’t he just the cutest thing ever!!! We ended up finding his owner within an hour, but I didn’t want to give him back. He was reallyyy scrawny. I could feel his bones far too much. Made me really sad. :( I told hubs that if he gets out of his yard again and I find him I’m not giving him back. He didn’t have a collar on! Poor buddy. And its cold outside! …. yeah, I wanted to keep him. Hubs knew. He was panicking. haha. :)

Oh- are you ready for the SUPERBOWL!?! Cuz I sure am. Do you need any last minute decorations?

  1. That is sooo bizarre! We have an identical dog always getting into our yard…scrawny and no collar! We wanted to keep him too.
