Re-Focus

 Sometimes, you just need some color inspiration!

 When everything just weighs you down, and you get overwhelmed by life, its soooo important to find things to do that will help you to relax and not stress.

 My tips?

  1. Prioritize
  2. When necessary (and possible) un-volunteer yourself from certain things, or get help from someone else. We can’t always be wonder-woman, and its okay to need help! 
  3. When in doubt, take a bubble bath. 
  4. Chocolate sometimes helps, but its not always the answer, especially if you’re trying to loose some extra fluff. 
  5. Spend 10 min journaling (or art journaling) your thoughts. Sometimes you need to just take a break and get things down on paper to help you re-focus! 
  6. Pray. Pray. Pray.
