1. Drink lots of water. Why? Its good for you, keeps your body happy, and therefore your mind will be more happy.
2. Early mornings and late nights are going to happen. Accept them, and thrive in them.
3. Don’t let people tear you down.
4. Be able to handle constructive criticism. It will make you better.
5. Break away from the daily routine. Switch it up to stay creative and inspired.
6. A clean office space is a creative office space.
7. Surround yourself with things that inspire you.
8. Realize it is okay to fail. That is how you learn.
9. Know when to say no.

I got goosebumps from reading this today. I often let others drag me down and its my own fault for not believing in myself more. I am learning to stick to my guns and say no when I am not wanting to commit. I appreciate these helpful and positive words!!!!
