Not gonna lie- today I am kicking myself for all the crap I ate this weekend. It wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been, mainly just 1 bad cheat meal a day. Hey- it could’ve been every meal right?
Today I’m getting back on track and sharing my workout must haves over on Operation Definition. So if you want to learn more about those products in the picture hop on over! I’m co-writing the blog with a friend. Encouraging and motivating ourselves and others to live a fit and healthy life 24/7. Basically… I’ve got it down to 24/5. But the other two days of the week I am really struggling!
How do you make yourself stay on track 100% on the weekends? I am always having a hard time, and trying not to beat myself up over it. I have goals I want to reach and I don’t want to negate all the hard work I do during the week on the weekends. I need to practice stronger will-power that is for sure!
Any tips for this gal?
